Each 3 weeks we learn a new song togeTher and perform 4-5 times per year. Texts are available in Hebrew and in Phonetics, we translate and learn to pronounce and sing togeTher, and have an archive of all The songs and The various harmonies recorded separately to make it easier to learn and join. It's a lot of fun. Hebrew Groove is a young, contemporary, Hebrew Vocal group based in Amsterdam. The repertoire consists of Hebrew pop songs from all periods, retouched with The groovy piano and close harmony Vocal arrangements of conductor Noam Vazana. Hebrew Groove has performed at: Amsterdam MuseumNacht, Paradiso Choir Festival, Salaam-Shalom solidarity event for Charlie Hebdo, Namen en Nummers, Koor en More Festival and more.  less

Our choir is made of amateur singers WHO love to make music. The conductor Zafer Gökçer has been conducting The choir since 2011. we love to sing classical, Turkish pop, Jazz and folk music. Anyone WHO love to sing in a mixed choir is wellcome to our choir.

It is supported by a smaller, auditioning Fulham Camerata Ensemble which is made up of professional and semi-professional singers, allowing The main Camerata to tackle exciting repertoire and maintain high musical Standards while fostering The careers of young professionals. The choir also offers choral scholarships to promising young soloists which provides Vocal support for The amateur choir, and fosters career development for The scholars. The amateur and Ensemble groups come togeTher for at least three main concerts a year with additional Christmas concerts, sometimes with orchestra.
