It has since grown from a small Choral group to a self-run community choir with a wide ranging repertoire, performing music that bridges cultures and unites faith traditions. The project won an ABC award in December 2009 at the Royal Society for the Arts and was cited by the judging panel as ”an excellent, innovative way of bringing people together through a shared passion for music”. Koruso! host performances at least twice a year and to date has performed at a variety of venues across its home borough and beyond. Members come from all walks of life and all across Southwark. We enjoy singing together every Thursday from 6:30pm at Oliver Goldsmiths Primary School, Peckham Road. New members are always welcome - particularly tenors and basses.  less

It was officially inaugurated in September 2011 and was widely attended by thousands of Choral music lovers across the country. The group has performed at numerous high profile functions like the international leadership awards night (tuzoya oungozi), national peace makers rally at the national theater among others. The group also embarked on a nationwide peace campaign tour which was dubbed "11.11.12 - Sing Ghana 4 peace". The choir is noted for music evangelism and charity projects in Ghana. Video courtesy of Steve Blowers. The members of Bournemouth Male Voice met at central Bournemouth and took a coach off into the depths of Dorset to give a Concert at Tyneham Church. It was an amazing evening – the church absolutely stuffed to capacity the choir uber-vibrant and full of good music. An historic event 70 years on (to the week) from the evacuation of Tyneham and the occasion, the poetry and music stirred up many differing feelings; laughter, poignancy and nostalgia chief amongst them. A privilege to take part in the event – thanks to Lt Col Ken Davies for his perfect organisation of the event – the phrase military precision comes to mind!  less

Winners of 10 Gold Medals (incl 3 World Champion Titles) at the World Choir Games 2000-2012. Boys join the choir as an extra-curricular activity, amid academic, sporting and other cultural activities. Approx. 40 performances per year, including national/international tours.  less

Its goal is to provide a quality opportunity for Choral singers to learn or improve their craft. The chorus sings a wide variety of music, including classical, spiritual, folk, Broadway and old standards. The group presents two concerts each year – at Christmas, and in the Spring. It has performed with the Temecula Vintage Singers, and for the Temecula Arts in the Country festival, as well as many local appearances for deserving organizations. The chorus rehearses and performs in the Temecula area. The chorus is one of the Resident Companies performing at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater.
