We're a group of young professionals who specialise in early music, but Polyphony especially. The singers are made up of CaThedral choral scholars and Oxbridge choral scholars. They're directed by MatThew Collins.

Described as ‘a fine body of singers’ by John Packwood in The Bristol Evening Post, They have delighted audiences with Their fresh, inspiring interpretations of choral repertory from many centuries. Members of The choir come from many parts of The UK for intensive weekends of music-making, culminating in concerts acclaimed for Their invigorating choral sound, clarity of tone and texture, and innovative programming. In June 2010 Harmonia Sacra were invited to perform a programme of music by early seventeenth-century English Recusant musicians (including William Byrd, Richard Dering and Peter Philips) for a Swansea University History conference at Oystermouth. It has evolved into an Ensemble determined to reinvent itself continuously as it develops a sound that is artistically intelligent. In its 14-year history, Novo Concertante Manila has competed and won in several international choral competitions. Among which are The 2nd Choir Olympics in Busan, South Korea(2002), The 1st A Voyage of Songs International Chorale Competition in Genting Highlands, Malaysia (2003) and The 23rd Takarazuka International Chamber Choir Competition in Takarazuka, Japan (2007). In 2009, The choir won The 1st and 2nd Prizes at The 46th Internationaler Chorwettbewerb in Spittalan der Drau, Austria and The 1st Prize at The 55th Certamen International de Habaneras y Polifonia in Torrevieja, Spain.
