Open to beginners or those wishing to improve their technique with industry professionals from the UK. Over 12 weeks students will follow a curriculum tailored to helping each student develop at their own speed in all three areas of the artform. In Singing students will leave voice techniques, explore ensemble singing and perform a variety of repertoire. In acting students will learn how to develop character in scenes and songs, explore the physical journey of a character, improve stage presence and text analysis. In dance students will look at a variety of jazz techniques core to musical theatre dance as well as perform several musical theatre routines. It was originally formed by Ben Camaso as JCSV Chorale, a name patterned in accordance to the Jaime Cardinal Sin Village Community, which in that time was newly constructed, located at Punta. Sta. Ana, Manila, where the parish is situated. Before, they compose of only girls, singing melody of the songs of the Holy Mass. A year passed, Virgilio Deloso handled the Choir, and divided the girls into two voices, the Sopranos and Altos. It was not so long that the group acquired male participants filling up all the voice sections of a chorale. Shortly after, JCSV Chorale was then disbanded to give rise to what they now call the Munting Himig Chorale, having more than 20 god-endearing and angelic-voiced youth of Punta. Vox Camerata, has, since its inception, organized and participated in numerous performances. Its maiden recital was held in November 2004 at the function room of the Kg. Ubi Community Center. Since then, Vox has gone one to bring its annual Musica Intimœ series of concerts to the Legends@Fort Canning, as well as the Esplanade Recital Studio. Apart from regular recitals, Vox Camerata also performs in various collaborations with other organizations, as well as guest performs in various events. Vox Camerata has previously collaborated with St. Margaret's Secondary School in the musical 'Anne of Green Gables' which was performed at the University Cultural Centre. We began with the singular purpose of ministry and spreading the gospel. ​Since incorporation, NGGC now operates under two mandate objectives: to develop the professional and musical skills of young adults 20-30 years of age; and to bring gospel music as a respected genre of music, along with its more evolved counterparts (Jazz and Classical music), in Canada. Gospel Music has served vitally in the development of all members who have joined NGGC. Our unique incorporation, interpretation, and delivery of this embodied form of art, has garnered multiple forms of support — like spectators; organizations; donors; and sponsors alike — granting us the ability to develop both the musical and professional skills of our members in tandem.  less

Presenting classical choral music of a professional standard in Yorkshire and elsewhere in Britain, including at the BBC Proms and Manchester Arena, the Chorus is broadcast regularly on BBC Radio 3. The Leeds Festival Chorus was first formed in 1858 (the year Queen Victoria opened the Leeds Town Hall) to sing at the first Leeds Musical Festival, and was reformed for each succeeding one. The Chorus became independent in 1985. It celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2008 with a performance of a specially-commissioned work by Judith Bingham - a world premiere. We rehearse weekly and sing a variety of pop, rock, folk, reggae and gospel. SoundRoutes Singers have performed to sellout audiences at venues across the local region and in 2012 recorded our debut EP Changing Key. The groundbreaking project was in conjunction with Addiewell Prison Choir, also run by Shona Brown, Britain's first prison Choir and over £3000 was raised for Shelter Scotland.  less
