We sing a-cappella style music in four-part harmony, called Barbershop. The songs we sing are varied, some old classics, some modern with a twist! In an effort to stay committed to singing and performing at The highest possible level, we compete each year in a national contest and we also perform our own annual Show to raise our profile in The community. We can be seen and heard throughout The year, performing for major corporations, civic and charitable organizations, private groups, churches, community events, and fundraisers. Led by artistic director and conductor, Jakub Martinec, The Czech Boys Choir organization provides artistic training for boys from The age of three to adult, and consists of The professional touring SATB concert choir, The Young Men's Ensemble with conductor Jennifer Beynon Martinec, and The training choir Zpěváček, led by Simona Hlavatá. The concert choir closely cooperates with pianist Martin Fišl. Come and join us on Tuesday evenings at The Univ...  moreChichester's All Ladies Choir is ready to welcome you to a fun, friendly time, singing contemporary music in harmony. With styles ranging from pop to gospel, we're sure There's something to suit your taste. Come and join us on Tuesday evenings at The University of Chichester, where we rehearse. We aim to give two/three concerts a year – we hope you can be in The next one! We are a group of ladies with ages ranging from early 20s to 50s. We usually run around The school holidays as we have a few mums but can run in The holidays as well if enough people are available. We charge per half term which works out at £5.50 a week when you commit to The whole half term. Please contact us if you would like to come so we can let you know which room we will be in.  less
