We believe that music can positively impact and enrich lives. Our performances reflect this belief in their use of such seasonal themes as ‘freedom’ and ‘healing’ and ‘our mother earth;’ and in presentation of mostly new music in a way that is accessible. Our educational programs reflect this belief by training emerging professionals, planting seeds within young people for a lifetime of music involvement, and growing the skills of our own members. Our commitment to new Choral music reflects this belief even beyond our substantial performance commitment through Project Encore™ and our Featured Composer Program. The choir has with its conductor Jan Yngwe toured the better part of Europe, as well as Japan (1989), Cuba (1995), South Africa (1999) and Brazil (2004), in all some thirty international concert tours.

The ‘Boys from Bath’ are a 60 voice auditioned choir who have entertained audiences across the UK and toured Europe and the world performing in some of the most prestigious concert venues. In 2008 the Choir achieved national acclaim when they reached the finals of a Saturday evening BBC television choir competition ‘Last Choir Standing’. The Choir sing a wide range of music from traditional, pop, gospel, musicals and secular music.
