We aim to be the most ent...  moreAlthough we only became the City of Truro Male choir in 2003, we can trace our singing forefathers back to two local village choirs formed in the 1940s. These were Chacewater & District Male choir and Carnon Vale Male choir. We aim to be the most entertaining male voice choir in the South West and for the City of Truro to be proud of us. The ethos of the choir is to have fun and enjoy singing. Each year we host a visiting choir and also spend a weekend away. We are a registered charity, and our current membership is over 50.We give approximately a dozen concerts a year  less

We are Seventh Day Church students choir of Kumasi Technical University we sing to proclaim and preach the gospel and to inspire the weary heart.

The Yorkshire based choir is around 40 members strong and has developed a wide repertoire from classical and folk to swing, jazz and songs from the shows. The choir maintains a busy schedule of concerts and competitions both in Huddersfield and further a field.

We sing a varied repertoire including religious, traditional Irish, classical and popular. We take part in many concerts, fundraisers and competitions. There is a very friendly, social atmosphere in the choir and new members are always welcome.

It offers a unique opportunity for singers to take part in cathedral services (notably the Cathedral's monthly Compline services) concerts in the cathedral (thrice yearly), other secular events such as livery company dinners and corporate celebrations.  

On Saturday 22nd March the choir gave a concert at Westbury on Trym Baptist Church. A select audience were given a well thought out programme including this piece, The Sound of Silence.
