We are an Ensemble consisting of advanced volunteer singers who are devoted to choral music and The arts. Pro Mundi is dedicated to making exceptional choral performances available and accessible to all communities.  

The Saskatoon Chamber Singers was founded in 1977 by a group of former Greystone Singers (University of Saskatchewan) who wanted to continue singing in a quality choral Ensemble. The choir has been a finalist in both The CBC choral competition for amateur...  moreThe Saskatoon Chamber Singers was founded in 1977 by a group of former Greystone Singers (University of Saskatchewan) who wanted to continue singing in a quality choral Ensemble. The choir has been a finalist in both The CBC choral competition for amateur choirs and The International Choral Kathaumixw in Powell River, British Columbia, and participated in The non-competitive Festival 500 in St. John’s, Newfoundland. It has also been The guest choir at Saskatchewan Sings, and sang at The installation of Lynda Haverstock (a former member) as Lieutenant-Governor of Saskatchewan. In 2010, The choir performed at Podium, The biennial conference of The Association of Canadian Choral Communities, held in Saskatoon. The choir’s repertoire has been rich in variety since its establishment, and Canadian music has always been an important component of its programming. You are as likely to hear a Welsh hymn or folk song as an opera chorus, pop hit, spiritual or contemporary Canadian composition. The Orpheus men are all amateur yet deliver a professional engaging performance from memory. Each performance guarantees an emotional ride through familiar, new, rousing, humorous and classic repertoire. Orpheus annually tours BC to enrich smaller communities with choral entertainment. They also tour extensively, and have performed in US, Canad...  moreThe SouThend Boys' Choir was formed in 1972 and The Girls' Choir in 1988. The choirs perform regularly in major London venues including Royal Albert Hall, and sing with professional orchestras. They also tour extensively, and have performed in US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Seychelles and across Europe. We welcome visiting choirs and enjoy joining with oTher youth choirs in concerts. We have a training choir for younger singers, and a choir for boys whose voices have changed.

We are a truly trans-generational choir consisting of staff, parents, colleagues, friends and family from across The Formby High School community. At full strength, we have over 80 talented members and we have recently launched a smaller ‘function’ group – The ‘G:Force Executive’ for weddings and private functions. We support The national Sing Up campaign and perform regularly across The local community. This exciting and innovative choir rehearses every Tuesday evening during term time, from 6.30pm til 8.00pm. Join us for fun and laughter every week, plus great gigs, inspirational songs and memorable experiences! Our repertoire consists of a broad variety of soul, gospel, R&B, pop and contemporary commissions.
