Cirencester Male Voice Choir is a well-regarded male voice Choir based in the historic market town in Gloucestershire. Known for its rich choral tradition, the Choir has become part of the local community and the broader choral Music scene.

Featuring Gospel Singers Incognito (UK), Lytos (Spain), New Dublin Voices (Ireland), Ruda Polifonico Choir (Italy), Roundhouse Choir (UK), Music Promise Junior Choir (N. Ireland), Latvian Voices (Latvia), Codetta (N. Ireland) and Voci Nuove (Ireland).

Although we are a Welsh male voice Choir, we are able to perform Music in English; French; German; Latin and even the Zulu Xhosa dialect.

Membership is open to anyone with or without choral experience. We aim for high standards, and of course strong singers are always valued – but you don’t have to be able to read Music, and there are no auditions. The age range of members stem from 20 to over 70 so there is room for everyone. If you’re not sure which voice part you are then Christopher Wray, our Musical Director, can help you with this. The Choir performs three public concerts each year, at Easter, in the Summer and at Christmas. We also support the local communities by singing at various events and this includes raising funds for charities. Each year we also sing away from London which combines singing to another community, or combining a performance with their Choir, with a fun day out. The idea is that we go on an imginary Singing Safari collecting exotic songs from around the world. The Singing Safari began at the Warwick Folk Festival in 2006, and continued in 2011 when Chris moved to Suffolk. The winter safari ends in a shared concert in Ipswich, and the summer safari is a free half hour performance outdoors. Each safari learns about eight songs in 3- and 4-part harmony.  less

The re...  morePrima Choir Bulgaria conductor - Aneta Dragneva-Danailova Prima Choir has been founded in 1996 in the pretty Bulgarian town on the Black Sea coast – Pomorie, by 25 women, practicing versatile jobs, but united by one common love – the Music. The repertoire includes works of different styles and epochs. The main part of the production is dedicated to the Church Slavonic Music, variations of authentic Bulgarian folklore, and, in the same time, productions of modern Bulgarian authors. The vocal ensemble has set the ambitious task to reach a homogenous and beautiful sound, expressiveness and the right stylistic interpretation. “Prima” Choir has delivered artistic tours in Sweden (1997), Poland (1997), Greece (2002), Portugal (2004), France (2006), Albania (2010), Greece(2013)… The formation has taken part in the Balkan Mountains fest in Veliko Tarnovo in 2001.
