the BSRU Concert Choir is the largest vocal ensemble in the BSRU Voice and Choral Studies Program at the College of Music, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhar University, Bangkok, Thailand. the choir is directed by Dr Casey Broadway.

We perform twice a year in April and November. the choir also travels internationally to such places as Canada, Italy, Hungary, Puerto Rico, Morocco, and Spain. Our goal when we travel is to collaborate with choirs from the region we are visiting and perform concerts together. Our repertoire ranges from Mozart to Ola Gjeilo to Eric Whitacre and many more.  

Omukiro Kyobwaro (in the readings of today) is a sacred song from the indigenous Bwisi dialect, who are the people from Rwenzori Mountains, Bundibudyo District of Uganda. the song emphasises the greatness of Jesus Christ through his word.

In daily rehearsals, choir members hone musicianship skills such as rhythm, sight-reading and the understanding of complex scores. they develop an understanding of the intricacies of vocal production, including pitch and how to blend individual voices together into a unified, beautiful sound.
