The emphasis is on enjoying singing together with lots of energy and enthusiasm. Everything is taught by ear - no written music is used at all. We perform at community events and have members from across the mid-Cornwall area.  

The Ottawa Singers is a charitable group based in Ottawa, Ontario. We provide all things vocal to the city and are gearing up to produce Sir Paul McCartney's Liverpool Oratorio at the National Arts Centre of Canada, November 9th, 2015.

It is based in Tsuru City, located at the foot of Mt.Fuji. Under the our conductor, Prof. Masahiko Shimizu, we always practice in this place, blessed in nature, with many friends who get together at Tsuru University. Including the annual concert held on "World Chorus Day" on the second Sunday of December every year, we perform at elementary and junior high schools, social welfare facilities, etc., and sing at chorus festivals, giving the "TSURUBUN SOUND" in a variety of venues. We have also awarded at the All Japan Chorus Competition in many times and often won top prizes in the largest chorus competition in Japan.  less

Being one of the most popular and sought after groups in Israel, "The Ensemble" has had innumerable performances of every sort and has participated in various festivals (including "Abu Ghosh" and "Festival Arad"), competitions (winners of "Shirat HaAretz 2001" and gold diploma recipients at "Sulam Mila 2002, 2004, 2006), official Israeli national and municipal events as well as a long list of private productions. Their repertoire leaning is towards “pop” (songs by the Beatles, Sting, Queen, Billy Joel, Aretha Franklin…), Israeli oldies and modern Hebrew “classics” which contain that "special something": On this list can be found songs by Shalom Hanoch, Yoni Rechter, Daniel Salomon, Yonathan Razel, and Yaruslav Yakobovitch.
