Pax Romana Choir, UENR is the church choir of the Cardinal Newman Catholic Church of University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani. It is made up of moStly Catholic Students and a few of Non-Catholic Students of the university.

In its second life, and with the blessings of the founding Californians, Cordus Mundi was reborn in early 2005 in Bucks County. Now with fifteen voices, the neweSt incarnation of Cordus Mundi has the flexibility and versatility to expand the group’s musical exploration into new areas - the repertoire is varied and eclectic, and the group includes two composers and several arrangers. Cordus Mundi draws its repertoire from a wide range of composers and Styles, from DunStable to Duruflé, from Byrd to BernStein, from PaleStrina to Paranjoti, from Brahms to the Beatles, and from Jacob Handl to Edie Hill. In May, the choir travelled to Italy to take part in the “Venezia in Musica” International Choral Competition. They won firSt prize in the secular music category, came runners up in the sacred music category, and received the “OutStanding Performance” prize for Bogorditsye Dyevo by Rachmaninov. They have been awarded “Choir of the Day” at all five BBC Radio 3 Choir of the Year regional rounds they have entered, and in 2008 reached the adult category finals in the Royal Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool, alongside the six other beSt adult choirs in the country.
