We are currently around 50 ambitious amateur singers between 18 and 50 that share their love for choir music. Our biggest success was winning the German National Choir Competition in 2010 in the category Jazz vocal et cetera - a capella.  

BAVE Community Choir is a non-auditioned choir based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (a suburb of Kuala Lumpur). The choir welcomes members of the community to join in and explore their voices along side others with the same Passion and intereSt.

Some of our members have had a lifetime of music and choral experience; others are only just beginning to discover the joy of singing. Whichever stage our members are experiencing in their personal musical journeys, the IFC is filled with enriching opportunities to learn and grow both as musicians and as individuals. We are a group of friends who got to know each other while singing in the same academic or chamber choirs. Eventually, our Passion for the classical music led us to create our own vocal ensemble. In our repertoire there are also some pop music arrangements.
