We have a varied repertoire of well-known pop and jazz Songs, as well as the occasional Folk Song. A mixed choir or various age groups, we have regular concerts in the Berlin region, but also further afield, often abroad. The attached picture is from our 2014 concert at the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. We are keen to hear from anyone who would like to sing with us, but also from other choirs interested in clubbing together with us for a concert or two.  less

Thank you for taking the time to do that. It’s a wonderful feeling to share our Songs and our charities to a wider audience and to know that you’ve enjoyed listening. In many ways, the Homegrown Harmony project has brought us closer as a choir and more in touch with our local communities. We’ve been so pleased that our videos have helped our chosen charities at a time when their resources have been low, but demand has been high. With a large repertoire ranging from art to Popular music, and stretching from the medieval to the contemporary in style, this choir gives many concerts throughout the academic year, both in Ireland and abroad. Following a competitive selection process each September, eighteen gifted students are awarded a scholarship, with recipients of the award coming from a range of academic disciplines across the university, from Music to Medicine, Law, Agricultural Science, Commerce and Engineering. The choir regularly broadcasts on Irish television and radio.
