We sing four-part harmony a cappella style, working with a repertoire of generally upbeat songs which are familiar to most people. We rehearse at St. Faith's Anglican Church, 7284 Cypress Street (at 57th Ave) every Wednesday evening at 7:30 PM. We encourage men who love to sing to visit. The Ensemble performs masterworks of the choral-orchestral repertoire such as Beethoven's 9th Symphony and Orff's Carmina Burana, as well as opera choruses, a cappella repertoire, and works specially composed for them. Performances include world-renowned guest soloists and musicians. The Ensemble is directed by internationally acclaimed conductor and composer Steven Sametz. Lehigh University Choral Union has performed at New York's Carnegie Hall and has toured internationally in China, Portugal, Hawaii, Italy, Spain, Austria and Hungary. No audition is required but the ability to read music is helpful.  less

The Sydney Festival Male Voice Choir needs men who have:- * Personally accepted God's gift of salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. * A desire to serve Christ Jesus in this form of evangelism. * A love for music and singing. * The ability to attend some Choir engagements. * The ability to attend some Fridays for practice.  less
