Lichfield Cathedral Chamber Choir was eStablished in 1980 (by Peter King, then AssiStant OrganiSt at Lichfield Cathedral) to sing services during the Cathedral Choir's holidays. Its activities soon expanded and now include a regular Concert programme, weddings and services throughout Staffordshire and the WeSt Midlands, and gueSt appearances at other cathedrals. The Choir has a versatile repertoire of sacred and secular music ranging from the Renaissance to the contemporary, and it enjoys the challenge of new and experimental writing.
