In mid-April, 2011, Ola spent 3 days on the Ce...  moreComposer/pianist Ola Gjeilo joins the CWU Chamber Choir (Gary Weidenaar, director) in presenting Gjeilo's "the Ground" - featuring the the CWU string faculty members who comprise the Kairos String Quartet. In mid-April, 2011, Ola spent 3 days on the Central washington University Campus for a project in which he joined the choir in recording 3 of his compositions. On this video, Gjeilo accompanies the choir on "the Ground" He is playing a written accompaniment on this video. He created an improvised accompaniment on the other two videos of this series. One is on his setting of the "Ubi Caritas" text and the other is on his composition, "Northern Lights", Because of his view that improvising is a wonderful snapshot of artists "at that moment", the project was entitled "In the Moment". In 2012, the birth of the Priamo Gallisay Cultural Association completes the cultural path desired by the founders. the Corale has about 30 members among its ranks.  

We were born on the 24th of july 2017. A new choir in our local area. Open to all singers who want to have a fun singing experience, performing songs from the charts, old and new.

We sing traditional classical literature arranged specifically for the choir, folk songs, and other works written for trebles. We also sing classical sacred music for various religious servies.

All of them are former members of the “Dresdner Kreuzchor” (Choir of the Church of the Holy Cross Dresden) or the “Thomanerchor Leipzig” (St. Thomas Choir Leipzig), two of the most famous Boy's choirs in Germany. the singers have set themselves the target to present their listeners a wide musical spectrum. their repertoire consists of vocal music from Renaissance and Baroque to Romanticism to the 20th and 21st century. Important elements are works of Jacobus Gallus, Michael Praetorius, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Francis Poulenc and Rudolf Mauersberger. In addition they also perform with popular music. Music of the “Comedian Harmonists”, “the Beatles”, Billy Joel or the German group “Wise Guys” are also an essential part of their repertoire.
