From historically informed performance of early music to meticulously prepared classical works to the most exciting current sacred compositions, Te Deum presents beautiful music in stunning settings.
Te Deum was founded by Matthew Christopher Shepard in 2008 to fulfill an expressed need by both singers and audiences in the Kansas City area to present sacred choral music concerts of the highest quality. The Te Deum chamber Choir performed its first concert in spring 2009. Since then, the chamber choir has built an impressive and varied repertoire that spans centuries of time and wide ranges of composition style.
In fall 2013, Te Deum began its Antiqua series, offering historically informed performances of repertoire from the 12th-17th centuries with a smaller roster.

From 1991 the choir has participated in international competitions in Wales, Hungary, Finland, Israel, Germany, Italy, Spain and won gold medals.
- In July 2004 the choir participated in the Choir-Olympic Competition in Bremen-Germany and won two gold medals.
- In July 2006 the choir participated in the Choir-Olympic Competition in Xiamen - China and won a gold medal.
- In July 2008 the choir participated in the Choir-Olympic Competition in Graz- Austria and won two gold medals and won the championship in category 18, Music of the religions

Doubled the globe of dead and halved a country;
倍增了死亡的境界，半分了一個國家；
These five kings did a king to death.
五位強權者聯手扼殺了一個國王。
The mighty hand leads to a sloping shoulder,

The finger joints are cramped with chalk;

The choir promotes European and Croatian musical heritage giving... moreThe Laudate Renaissance Ensemble is a small group of enthusiastic amateur singers from Zagreb (Croatia) who perform music ranging from renaissance madrigals to sacred contemporary liturgies. The choir promotes European and Croatian musical heritage giving concerts both home and outside Zagreb, but also enjoys performing classical music to the audience that does not tend to go to cultural events. Since 2007, the choir has been conducted by Ms. Elena KoNovalova. Under her guidance, the choir won first place at Zagreb Singing choirs Competition 2012, in Vocal Ensembles category.
