Fick) is an auditioned SATB Choir of up to 65 voices with a passion for presenting excellent choral music. TBC invites professional musicians, soloists, actors and other arts organizations to join in classical choral repertoire in 3 - 4 concerts per season. TBC organizes and participates in “Messiah for the City” and in many local community events. TBC’s “Choral Scholars Program offers subsidy and training to singers aged 19 to 24. Rehearsals are Wednesdays, 7 to 9:30pm, September to May, usually at Kingston Road United Church. Auditions in September and January; the ability to read music and choral experience are assets. Mission We pursue to sing soul inspiring music with religious and patriotic songs as a way of sensitizing the power of gospel music on nature to our various friends and love ones. Biography The Celestial City Choir was initiated by two music students at University of Education, Winneba in 2010. It's formation or foundation began in early January 2011. The members who contributed to the founding were all members from Bantama Seventh-Day Adventist Church about 8 members. Later more hands were called in and official inauguration was done on June 4th 2011.  less

The group comprises two classical...  morethe Addison Group of Singers is made up of four different Choirs for singers of all ages, abilities and musical interests. It was founded more than 30 years ago with David Wordsworth as its Musical Director since 1995. The group comprises two classical Choirs – an auditioned Chamber Choir and a much larger non-auditioned Oratorio Choir; and two jazz Choirs – an auditioned Mixed Jazz Ensemble and a larger non-auditioned all-female Jazz Choir. It also offers two different singing classes to meet the needs of beginners, intermediate and the more competent, experienced singer. The Addison Singers normally operate on three 10-week terms (the same as the schools) with a concert or recital at the end of each term. Rehearsals are held in Hammersmith on Monday (Jazz and Vocal Technique), Wednesday evenings (Classical Choirs and Learn to Read Music class ) and Thursday afternoons (Musicianship for Singers class); the times and subscriptions depend on which Choir or class you join. Each Funky Voices rehearsal is taught by highly qualified and experienced music tutors. Sandra Colston BA Hons (Musical Director) arranges the music to suit the Choir members, and to bring the music up to date and possible for a Choir to sing. The Sound With passions for vocal harmonies, and personal influences being likes of; Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind and Fire, Luther Vandross, Brian McKnight, Michael Jackson.
