Soon, however, The weekly choir rehearsals became not only a meeting place, but also a refuge for those looking for a non-threatening and empowering environment. Over The years, The Choir has grown to include members of all races and Christian denominations, and celebrates not only The diversity of its members, but also that of its audiences.
UTGC has burst onto The international scene, while continuing to serve The greater Toronto community in local concerts and university events held throughout The year, like Their community Christmas concert, and May's Gospelfest. In The past, The Choir has also participated in The annual "The Colours of Christmas" concert as The guest of top international recording artists, such as Peabo Bryson, Roberta Flack, and Jon Secada, just to na... lessan>

Lullaby, oh, lullaby!
Flowers are closed and lambs are sleeping;
Lullaby, oh, lullaby!
Stars are up, The moon is peeping;
Lullaby, oh, lullaby!
While The birds are silence keeping,
(Lullaby, oh, lullaby!)
Sleep, my baby, fall a-sleeping,
Lullaby, oh, lullaby! lessan>

Poem:
order of The Day
DAWN
The new light softly streams,
Through The lace curtains,
and I try to mend my dreams
Till Im myself again.
NOON
I look into The sky,
Where cirrus clouds collide,
Laze in The summer light,
While The breeze talks to me.
EVENING
A time for rose-red thought,
Long shadows casting,
Memories fleeting,
Fading and fraught.
DUSK
Dusk is for grieving,
and for private tears.
Perhaps for believing
Despite what we fear.
