 Our repertoire consists mainly of folk, gospel, pop and freedom songs All sung in glorious 4 part harmony and mostly in a capella style. All choir members have online access to MP3 recordings of their parts so they can practise anytime.

We love welcoming new people so it would be great to have you along. There is no audition and everyone is welcome to come and check us out for a night before they join.  less

The Virginia Wesleyan Singers are an open-enrollment ensemble of 30-50 singers from All majors at Virginia Wesleyan College. No audition is required, and singers perform a variety of music in All styles while developing vocal technique and musicianship skills.

Currently numbering 18 singers, FCC has a broad repertoire featuring everything from early music and traditional pieces to the works of contemporary composers such as Whitacre, Pärt, Lauridsen and McMillan, and is highly regarded at home and abroad. In 2011, we travelled to Trondheim, Norway, to take part in Sangforening, a major festival featuring hundreds of Norwegian choirs, and were the first ever foreign choir invited to take part. 2012 saw us visit Languedoc, France, where we gave concerts in beautiful old churches in Alzonne and Montréal, near Carcassonne. We are active in radio and television, having featured in many broadcasts of recorded and live services by the Irish national broadcaster RTE, including one recorded in Swords CoI church which was broadcast on Christmas day, 2010 and Easter and Advent services in 2012 and 2013. There are no auditions and the standard of music that we produce is consistently high. We are regularly supported by high quality professional soloists and orchestras with the result that we produce highly enjoyable and satisfying concerts for audience and singers alike. Our singers are All ages and come from All walks of life. Our motto is musical excellence in the Barbershop style" and we strive to bring that excellence to every performance. We like to perform in and around our community. We perform almost anywhere, including parties, business meetings, churches, and theaters. We have been regular performers at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton and at Disneyland for several years. We offer quality family entertainment for most budgets.  less
