Founded in 2009, Gotham Rock Choir was formed to provide an outlet for singers of all levels and backgrounds to explore contemporary music in a supportive, fun, uplifting environment, to provide an alternative to the city’s many traditional Choirs and to provide much-needed sense of “cool” to choral singing. Each week, a diverse group of New Yorkers from all walks of life–ranging from show business professionals to avid shower singers–gather at a professional rehearsal studio in Midtown Manhattan to belt out an eclectic mix of music in stunning 4-part harmony in preparation for a final concert held at an off-Broadway theatre. As the voices intensify to an incredible climax, the audience is invited to surrender to the moment. Let the soaring music carry you away, echoing the profound love for those who've journeyed beyond. Conducted by Jad Harjane Composed by Jake Runestad Filmed by DIAZ PRODUCTION at LADABATEK , Tangier Sponsored by THE AMERICAN LANGUAGE CENTER  less
