Over 12 weeks students will follow a curriculum tailored to helping each student develop at their own speed in all three areas Of the artform. In Singing students will leave voice techniques, explore ensemble Singing and perform a variety Of repertoire. In acting students will learn how to develop character in scenes and Songs, explore the physical journey Of a character, improve stage presence and text analysis. In dance students will look at a variety Of jazz techniques core to musical theatre dance as well as perform several musical theatre routines. The river Shannon is named for the Goddess Sionna, whose myth tells how she sought out the hazelnuts Of wisdom, believed to contain éigse, the spirit Of inspiration and creativity.
