The KETEVAN World Sacred Music Festival located in Old Goa combines Musical traditions from different eras from the East and the West. The KETEVAN Sacred Music Festival is a project of Musical and artistic coexistence; a space where the language of Music becomes a bridge to connect and foster dialogue among cultures. Located at 10 km from Panjim, capital city of Goa (India), Old Goa is a World Heritage City (declared by UNESCO in 1986) where different cultures have existed and coexisted throughout history since many centuries ago.

Impromptu appearances during shopping hours will be followed by a live concert at 8.00pm on Sunday July 6.
However, we also hope to raise sufficient funds to record this so that it can become more widely available, and are appealing to as many people as possible to participate in the project by giving whatever they would like, in return for a reward or perk. It's quite a good way of pre-ordering the CD ! If you feel inspired to contribute please go to: http://igg.me/at/stpeterssingers
More information about St Peter's Singers, including details of forthcoming concerts, recitals and services, can be found on on the Choir's website http://www.stpeters-singers.org... less

In May, 2013, composer Ola Gjeilo spent 3 days on the Central Washington University Campus to join the Choir in recording 4 of his pieces. The other three were "Sanctus", "Luminous Night of the Soul", and "Vast Eternal Skies"
This performance of Gjeilo's "Ubi Caritas II" is from that session, which included a rendition on which the composer later joined the Choir and improvised an accompaniment. In this video the Choir sings the piece in its published (unaccompanied) version.
This was Mr. Gjeilo's second time on our campus, the first was in the spring of 2011, which resulted in 5 videos and a DVD (http://goo.gl/Xld0o)
As of 2013, the CWU Chamber Choir also has recorded videos of the Music of Byrd, Monteverdi, Muehleisen, Singh, Victoria, and Rautavaara on YouTube.
