Herter, with assistance from Ryszard Gieros and Alfred Stefankiewicz. Almost from the very beginning, it has been afliated with St. John’s Archcathedral in Warsaw, initially as a boys’ choir. It has performed with many Polish and foreign symphony orchestras. Foreign tours have taken the choir to over twenty countries. It has won numerous awards at international choral competitions, including those in Lecco, Italy (1997), Moscow (2000), Prague (2002, 2003, 2004, 2017), Międzyzdroje, Poland (2004), Warsaw (2013, 2015, 2016), Grójec, Kraków and Łomża (2017). It has also taken part in several teLevision and theatre productions. Cantores Minores is a co-founder of the Polish Section of the International Federation of Pueri Cantores. The choir performs frequently both in Pontypridd and overseas, and has visited Poland, Ireland, the USA and...  Le.display='';$(this).getParent().styLe.display='none';">moreLe="display:none;">Côr Meibion Pontypridd (Pontypridd MaLe Choir; the name means Choir of the Sons of Pontypridd) was formed in 1949 for traditional Welsh singing. The choir performs frequently both in Pontypridd and overseas, and has visited Poland, Ireland, the USA and Germany. Links have been forged with Liederkranz Oberensingen, a German maLe choir from Pontypridd's twin town, Nürtingen. The choir also performs regularly at the National Eisteddfod of WaLes and takes part in the HTV maLe choral competition. The choir is currently broadening and improving its repertoire to provide a wide-ranging concert program.
