In our 'Me and All of You' Concerts in March 2017, where the choir was largely accompanying solo instruments in a Concerto, or where we were sharing the limelight with a virtuosic soloist, we chose to begin our Concert as we would if we were an orchestra!

Under the direction of the exceptionally talented Mr Andrew Walker and his music team of award winning vocalists Affinity embraces educational aims, and encourages personal development in singing and performance. Affinity are always happy to hear from potential bookings, and welcome new members to audition for the choir, we are a fun loving group of women who share the joys of singing, we employ strong values of team work, friendship and support. The choir is bilingual English and Spanish with a truly international membership. Formado por cuatro mujeres de un coro que cerró. Estamos afrontando los retos de empezar de nuevo. Tenemos un director coral magnífico que está sacando lo mejor de nosotras. No hay audición: solo amor por cantar. Somos una mezcla de personas con mucha experiencia y otras sin experiencia. Newly formed in 2022, the group is currently comprised of a mixed choir, a men's choir, and a Women's choir. The mixed choir meets at the Manchester Rugby Club, and the men's and Women's choirs meet at the Wilmslow Rugby Club. The repertoire consists of a little bit of everything - madrigals, movies, musicals, spirituals, shanties, serious songs, silly songs - everything. All singers are welcome, and there is no audition required. We sing as a team, one step at a time.  less
