The choice of program it’s free without limit of The instruments that may accompany The choir ensemble. The duration of performance shall not exceed 20 minutes per performance. The choir ensembles may have tree performances during The Festival. Mariotti”, Perugia. The school choir itself has, over The years, gone from strength to strength despite The need for constant renewal caused by The inevitable “turnover” as new students took The places of those who left. However, after this experience, which has included many concerts in The region, participations in Choir Festivals in Italy and artistic exchanges with youth choirs from Germany, Hungary, Spain, Denmark and The Czech Republic, our desire to continue singing and, of course, The joy which singing togeTher gave us all made it obvious that The time had clearly come to establish a group which could allow us to continue our musical journey togeTher. In 2005 The ensemble won The audience award as well as The special award of The jury of The Swiss Choir Competition in Glarus, while in 2007 it was awarded The 1st place at The Valiant forum for Young Orchestras and Choirs at The Murten Classic Summer Festival. In addition, molto cantabile has taken part in several renowned international choir competitions where it has proved to belong to The leaders of The international choir scene. In May 2004 The ensemble took part in The European Music Festival in Neerpelt, Belgium, where it was awarded 1st prize summa cum laude with 99/100 points. A year before, There was already a male vocal group consisting of six members called MIKE 6, The establishment of which was inspired by a US vocal group TAKE 6. Voxtet was basically formed by subsequent addition of female singers to MIKE6. The formation of Voxtet started out with nine persons but, during The first three years, it ca me down to The current six members. Most of The singers in Voxtet have Their musical background in various choirs. Some of Them still sing in Jihlava’s famous PS Campanula choir. 1999 Voxtet’s first concert took place on 31 May 1999 in Jihlava’s Horácké Theatre. From Then on, Voxtet’s performed at various minor events as well as its own big shows. 1999-2001 At The beginning, Voxtet was remarkable especially due to The absolute lack of a distinct dramaturgy.
