However, he managed to leave a lot of song harmonizations and a ... more Aghias Triados Children's Choir was established in 1967 by a talented young musician, Theodore Papakonstantinou (1948-1969), who had time only to install The foundations of The Choir. However, he managed to leave a lot of song harmonizations and a significant Mass, which is sung by The Choir in The Aghias Triados church of Thessaloniki.
From 1969 till now, The Choir continues its work successfully having as its director his elder broTher Vassilis Papakonstantinou, with whom it has given many Concerts in more than fifty cities in Greece and aboard, as well. It has visited Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerlandn, Hungary, Czech, Bulgaria, France etc. It has won first prices and gold metals in Choir competitions. One of The most important parts of Aghias Triados Children's Choir's history is its participation with European Union Youth Orchestra and Vienna's Youth Choir, to The performance (AThens, 1985) of The third Symphony of Leonard Bernstein under The direction of The composer. less
