KCC performs a vast selection of local and international repertoires, female or male Choral work, a cappella pieces, contemporary chamber Choir music, and newly commissioned compositions in its semi annual Concerts and oTher occasions. KCC’s active presence on stages has brought several acclaimed rewards from private and public offices. Under The leadership of The current Artistic Director, Dr. Chia-fen Weng, KCC launched The Elite Workshop to furTher expand The Choir’s caliber in 2007. The Choir’s performance is sometimes a cappella, while at oTher times accompanied by a jazz trio or piano. Sectional rehearsals are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (11 to 11:50AM).

We are specifically aimed at experienced singers who want to work quickly in a non-regular rehearsal setting. Imagine a Book Club for Choral singers! Each session every two or three weeks, we will look at a couple of new songs, chosen by differend members of The group, from The whole history of music, form Monvererdi to Madness. We have two experienced conductor/singers who will be happy to lead any session, but all singers will be encouraged to lead Their own song choices if They wish. The aim, in The first intance, is to have fun exploring as much Choral repertoire as possible, in a fun and collaborative enviroment.
