Dedicated to presenting inspiring and innovative programs that engage and enrich audiences, Voices of the Commonwealth has maDe quite an impact on the musical life of Northern Kentucky in two short years. Committed to collaboration and community involvement, Voices of the Commonwealth has partnered with the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, the Disabled American Veterans National Headquarters, Highlands High School choral Department, the Northern Kentucky Children's Ensemble, local veterans groups, churches, and musicians.  less

Striving to achieve artistic, Vocal and musical excellence the choir singers are graduates of the Rubin AcaDemy of Music Tel Aviv, the School of Choir Singing, music stuDents and graduates of selected youth choirs, performing a varied repertoire including both classical and contemporary music. Ma'ayan has performed in official ceremonies held by the municipality; in various festivals such as Tel Aviv –Yafo Festival, Abu Gosh Vocal Music Festival, The Renaissance Festival, "Tones in the Desert" festival, the Jerusalem Arts Festival; in concerts with the Symphonic Orchestras of Jerusalem, Haifa and Rishon Letzion, the Kibbutz Chamber Orchestra, the Israeli Chamber Orchestra, Raanana Symphonette, Baroquada, Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra and the Israeli Opera. Described as ‘a fine body of singers’ by John Packwood in the Bristol Evening Post, they have Delighted audiences with their fresh, inspiring interpretations of choral repertory from many centuries. Members of the choir come from many parts of the UK for intensive weekends of music-making, culminating in concerts acclaimed for their invigorating choral sound, clarity of tone and texture, and innovative programming.
