The song first premiered at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts on May 18, 2019. This recording was made at the conclusion of the Chorale's June 2, 2019 performance at Old Donation School.

The choir was recently featured in two world premieres: Luna Pearl Woolf’s Number Our Days at the Perelman Performing Arts Center and Benedict Sheehan’s oratorio Akathist, which was recorded alongside Trinity Choir, Artefact Ensemble, Trinity Youth Chorus, and NOVUS. The Chorale is from Northern California in the San Francisco Bay Area. We perform twice a year in April and November. The choir also travels internationally to such places as Canada, Italy, Hungary, Puerto Rico, Morocco, and Spain. Our goal when we travel is to collaborate with choirs from the region we are visiting and perform concerts together. Our repertoire ranges from Mozart to Ola Gjeilo to Eric Whitacre and many more.
