Belle Canto was the first choir formed in the Cantilon family and remains its only adult ensemble. In touring and recording, Belle Canto has distinguished itself as one of today’s foremost women’s ensembles. Originally a group of university students, the choir now consists of amateur Singers from all walks of life. Belle Canto particularly enjoys exploring the contemporary repertoire of Eastern Europe and Scandinavia and has recorded much of this repertoire on their disc, Invocation.  less

Since 1993, the award-winning "CBC" has staged more than 200 concerts at senior residences, homeless shelters, AIDS and cancer patient residences, and pediatric and rehab facilities. It was recorded on 5th December 2010 in the Harvey Nichols Espresso Bar in Leeds' magnificent Victoria Quarter in the first of St Peter's Singers' now-traditional Sunday evening carol performances there. The choir is directed by Dr Simon Lindley, its Music Director since the Singers' formation in June 1977. The U Chamber Choir performs numerous works by conductor Barlow Bradford, an active composer and arranger, as well as private commissions by other renowned composers. The Chamber Choir often collaborates with other ensembles, both from the School of Music and off campus, including Dr. Bradford’s professional choir, the Utah Chamber Artists.
