YNS is a children's choir organization of over 330 singers in 8 different choirs ranging in age from grades 1- 12. Choirs consist of singers grouped by age and ability, as well as a Boys Choir and Young Men's Chorus

He conducts this performance of his work "The Annunciation", scored for solo soprano and unaccompanied chorus. The work depicts the revelation to the Virgin Mary by the Angel Gabriel that she will conceive a son to be the saviour of humankind. The Giovanni Consort is a chamber vocal ensemble based in Perth, Western Australia. The group performs a wide range of choral music from medieval to modern times and is renowned for its exquisite musicianship and attention to detail. This video was recorded at their December 2012 concert, "Hodie Christus" in the Dining Hall of St. George's College at the University of Western Australia. The choir's size allows it to concentrate on performing the larger major choral works to great effect. The choir has also been invited to collaborate with the Philharmonia Chorus and the BBC National Chorus of Wales on many occasions in recent years to tackle some of the choral pieces requiring even greater choral forces such as Mahler's Eighth Symphony, Janacek's Glagolitic Mass, the Dvorak Stabat Mater and La Damnation de Faust by Berlioz.
