We may be studying physics, philosophy or French in our off hours, yet once we don the Blue Blazer our voices and hearts are unified in singing about all that is good in the world. DaughTers of Jerusalem, why marvel ye at me? The thing which ye behold is a divine mysTery. Who are the daughTers of Jerusalem, Who glimpse you still as you transform their seeing? Whom have you called to this mysTerium, and bathed in the blithe fountain of your being? Named afTer a beautiful and rugged region in Terra Nova National Park, the choir celebraTes it's 10th anniversary season in 2014-2015. This is a true community choir of more than thirty experienced singers representing the professions of music, Teaching, engineering, law, civil service, marketing, information Technology and journalism. Nearly one-half of the choir's singers are students from across many disciplines of study. Bandits ambush others on the road. They get wealth, but they stay in one place. Lovers keep moving, never the same, not for a second! What makes others grieve, they enjoy! When they look angry, don't believe their faces. It's spring lightning, a joke before the rain. They chew thorns thoughtfully along with pasture grass. Gazelle and lioness, having dinner. Love is invisible except here, in us. Sometimes I praise love; sometimes love praises me. Love, a little shell somewhere on the ocean floor, opens its mouth.
