We are committed to building community through excellence in a cappella harmony, and we love to learn. We rehearse weekly to improve our vocal skills and build lasting friendships in the process. Although we have diverse backgrounds, our members thrive by working together to achieve shared goals. We sing a range of repertoire from jazz standards to 21st-century pop, barbershop to show tunes, but most importantly we sing a cappella. As well as entertaining audiences across the eastern suburbs of Melbourne we compete regularly in barbershop harmony competitions at a national level. Vocal Vibes is available to sing at private and community events - find out more by visiting our below pages, or get in touch with us at info@vocalvibes.org.au Web: www.vocalvibes.org.au Facebook: www.facebook.com/VocalVibesChorus Instagram: www.instagram.com/vocalvibesacappella/ Youtube: www.youtube.com/@VocalVibesChorus  less

The Hazelnuts are a vocal trio, accompanied by guitar, contrabass & washboard, inspired by the American vocal groups of the 1930's. The group aims to expose the audience to the magic of this genre, which is almost completely forgotten. The Hazelnuts' concert combines original songs - preserving the musical spirit of the genre and poured into a contemporary feminine point of view, and in addition - stylistic adaptations of cotemporary songs and authentic pieces from the thirties. Band Members: Yifeat Ziv, Talya Amzaleg, & Shira Z. Carmel – Vocals, Songs and Arrangements Ariel Givant – Double Bass / Dotan cohen – Guitar / Yoav Elkayam – Washboard ********************************************* BANDCAMP - http://thehazelnuts.bandcamp.com/ FACEBOOK -less
