The Winelands Chamber Choir is a fledgling chamber Choir based in the Western Cape Winelands District of South Africa, formed in 2010 out of our passion for choral Music, ranging from classical to contemporary.

But the repertoire is also based in traditional and popular Music in different languages. We have participated in choral meetings with some composers like Javier Busto, Julio Dominguez and Josu Elberdin. In Europe, Canta Compaña offered his Music in Poland, France, Netherlands, England and Scotland. Krakow, Edinburgh or Canterbury were some of the cities where the concerts were held. We love meetings with other Choirs and exchanges.

ALERON, being an all-male ensemble, is geared towards exploring the male choral soundscape. Through innovative programming and the performance of repertoire across Musical styles and genres, the group aims to deliver to its audiences a diverse and unique choral experience.
