The Choir’s performance is sometimes a cappella, while at other times accompanied by a jazz trio or piano. Sectional rehearsals are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (11 to 11:50AM).  

We are a Vocal ensemble based in Perugia (Italy) and have been singing together since 2013. We enjoy singing a wide and varied repertoire of a cappella pieces. Newly formed in 2022, the group is currently comprised of a mixed Choir, a Men's Choir, and a woMen's Choir. The mixed Choir meets at the Manchester Rugby Club, and the Men's and woMen's Choirs meet at the Wilmslow Rugby Club. The repertoire consists of a little bit of everything - madrigals, movies, Musicals, spirituals, shanties, serious songs, silly songs - everything. All singers are welcome, and there is no audition required. We sing as a team, one step at a time.  less

Since 2006, when Gary Weidenaar took the baton, the Choir has received invitations to appear at four state & regional conferences: Meticulous attention is given to performing Music of various periods or parts of the world in the style appropriate to that era or culture including adjustments of not only style but tone color also. Recent clinics with guests Chanticleer and Weston Noble have helped the Choir grow and the Choir regularly premiers new works by composers.  less
