Our leading text for working with the children
is what Pablo Casals once said:
"Each second we live is a new and special moment,
a never returning moment.

About the Choir
the Udiana Choir (formerly, Kolot Hasadeh) was founded by Anat Aharoni at Kibbutz Harduf in 2004. Udiana is unusual on the Israeli scene, has appeared on some of the best stages in the country, and is praised highly by the audiences. the Choir sings mainly a capella, with an emphasis on current Music, and integrates improvisation, drumming, and movement.
Udiana has been supported by the Ministry for Culture and Sport since 2012.

Stemming from the desire to support Israeli composers, and with the aim of being a part of the Israeli Music scene, every year we invite another Israeli composer to create ... less

My friend told me how she and two other women had once helped a dying man by holding his feet, letting him know that it was safe to let go.
then we stopped short on the forest road and looked at each other.
‘I think we should hold his feet,’ one of us said.
‘Now?’
‘We can always try. Thoughts have power.’
So we closed our eyes, stood for minutes next to an old, gnarled tree, and focused on the man who we imagined as lying alone in a hospital bed.
