The choir is made up of undergraduate and graduate students auditioned from all faculties and grades and performs several concerts every year, and at important university ceremonies. Participation always begins in the Fall semester, and continues all the way to graduation commencement in June. The choir performed in joint concerts with choirs from Duke University, Yale University, Harvard University, Perugia University and Missouri Drury University.  less

Currently is consists 20 students and young professionals from different fields. The choir has a rich repertoire including Bulgarian music, folklore of different countries, spiritual pieces, works of 20-21 century, pop, Jazz and world music. The imaginative and original musical arrangements and interpretations are specific for the choir are they are always enjoying to great success among the public and also evaluated by specialists. Formed in 2017, the members come from the island of Ireland and beyond, encompassing a huge range of musical experiences. The musical connection of the group to Ireland is deep and spans all the traditions present here. The songs and texts date back as far as the Viking raids on Ireland in the 9th century, through to music created by the men themselves under the direction of their Artistic Director Michael McGlynn. This year the group release their debut album, "M'ANAM" in the Autumn, and are featured artists on the opening track "Clarity" of the latest album by acclaimed Japanese Jazz-rock ensemble Mouse on the Keys whose 3rd album "tres" was released this May to universal acclaim. It was originally formed by Ben Camaso as JCSV Chorale, a name patterned in accordance to the Jaime Cardina...  moreThe Munting Himig Chorale (MHC) had its humble beginning way back on the fifth day of January, year 2005 and started with not more than 15 members. It was originally formed by Ben Camaso as JCSV Chorale, a name patterned in accordance to the Jaime Cardinal Sin Village Community, which in that time was newly constructed, located at Punta. Sta. Ana, Manila, where the parish is situated. Before, they compose of only girls, singing melody of the songs of the Holy Mass. A year passed, Virgilio Deloso handled the choir, and divided the girls into two voices, the Sopranos and Altos. It was not so long that the group acquired male participants filling up all the voice sections of a chorale. Shortly after, JCSV Chorale was then disbanded to give rise to what they now call the Munting Himig Chorale, having more than 20 god-endearing and angelic-voiced youth of Punta.
