If you want to be part of the premiere of a work with singers from all over the world, I want to tell you that you are in the right place!
We will make an incredible virtual choir together. This experience will bring the work «The Last March of Destiny» to life. A work that I wrote together with the poet and friend, Charles Anthony Silvestri. To listen to the play and find out everything about how it came into the world, click here.
If you fill out the form below, you will get a pre-registration to be one of the 230 singers who will premiere this work. Registration is available until May 17! That day you will receive an email to confirm that you are one of the singers and you will be able to access the study material along with the instructions so that you can sing.
You will have until June 14 to submit your performance and August 19 will be the big world premiere! You will be able to see your name in the credits along with singers from all over the world.
The study material will be made by Matt Curtis. The audio will be in the hands of David from «sonusaudio.co.uk«, one of the most prestigious sound engineers in the world. And finally the video will be commissioned by a large 3D video animation company. This guarantees us that the experience will be a project of unprecedented magnitude.
Here you are completing a pre-registration and based on the number of singers that we gather, we will divide the production costs into equal parts. I think a $ 30 fee for study material and performance rights is reasonable. If we exceed 230 registered singers, this cost will decrease. We will know the price on May 17.
There you will receive an email that says how much it is ($ 30 or less) and how to pay it. Once subscribed, you will receive the password so that you can access the page where the study material will be and the instructions so that you can record.
I will share an Excel to provide transparency (click on the orange text to see the excel) of how much of our goal we have achieved. It will also be useful to generate a community where we get to know each other and generate camaraderie.
This experience will only be possible if we reach the minimum of 230 singers (or exceed them). We have a great opportunity in front of us and the success of this experience depends on teamwork.
I write choral music because I believe in the power of union between people, I believe that this way we can go further than we have ever imagined. Let’s take advantage of the fact that we have brought together the best poet, the best engineer, the best resources put here at the service of music.
So let’s be aware of this and don’t let this opportunity slip away. Because it is up to us to make it possible.
